Job Description
1.         To check and understand purchase request; mainly mechanical parts of Hydro turbine and Generator and accessorial system of power plant.
2.         To investigate and compare information from vendor, provide information about price, quality, delivery date, payment term etc., and make purchase proposal;
3.         To confirm purchase quantity and quality, prepare purchasing planning, and apply approval from project manager, commercial manager, procurement manager or general manager;
4.         To place order with vendor, follow producing progress and delivery time, and monitor products quality;
5.         To check and receive goods;
6.         To solve problem during purchasing;
7.         To arrange payment to vendor;
8.         To build database of vendors, and keep contacts on regular and irregular basis;
9.         To negotiate with vendor for price adjustment according to movement of marketing price，and save company’s costs;
10.     To collect information of new product and new manufacture, and find out new vendor as company’s requirement.

11.     To perform other task assigned by company

Skill / Capability

1. Bachelor's degree. major in Mechanical

2. 6+ years industry experience for the large size product machining & engineering.

Hydro turbine or Generator steel construction parts and assembly parts manufacture experience will be high value.

3. Well knowledge of material and machining suppliers resources, Relative Chinese and Europe Standards. As technology transfer have the ability to identify the gap between different methods.

4. Experienced on inquiry, bid evaluation, expediting and inspection management.

5. Negotiation, written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
