Job Scope:

The new position in this relation is dedicated to design medical products for the Chinese market for China on the basis of existing relevant products of Germany. For the medical equipment factory in Taicang, there is need for recruitments for this position.
The products for the Chinese market will be jointly developed with the mother company in Germany, the headquarter will support, but the team in China must have the right development capabilities;


Main Responsibilities and Work:

<li class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt">Develop models for the Chinese market on the basis of existing products of mother company in Germany; <li class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt">Candidates must know how to transfer a technical or application requirement to a product; <li class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt">Work closely with Global experts and system teams to resolve all program issues; <li class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt">Work closely with the relative teams, such as sourcing and quality teams to develop the long term quality system for the new products being introduced;

Requirements:

<li class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt">Majored in Mechanical Design in university; <li class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt">Minimum three years working experiences in design or technical department of machinery companies; <li class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt">Candidates must have solid technical, technological and design experience in related products; <li class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt">Experience in operation tables would be a strong plus; <li class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt">Candidates must have own development ideas for new own designs; <li class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list 36.0pt">Candidates will get a training in Germany for half to one year;
