Maintenance about robotic arc welding

Daily checks and maintenance:
1.    Feeder structure, moment of feeding wire, tube of feeding wire
2.    flow rate of protection air
3.    safety system of welding gun (No working if safety protection closed )
4.    water cycle system
5.    Testing TCP

Weekly checks and maintenance:
1.    clean axis of robotics
2.    check the accurate of TCP
3.    check the level of cleaning residue oil
4.    check mastering of robot
5.    clean the filter net at back of welder’s water container
6.    clean the filter net at intake of air compressor
7.    clean contaminants in nozzle of torch
8.    clean feeder components, including feeding wheels, pressing wheels,, etc.
9.    check if clusters of soft tubes and clean them by vacuum
10.    check safety system of torch as well as external E-Stop

Monthly checks and maintenance:
1.    lubricate the axis of robotics, adding white lubrication oil on axel #1~#6
2.    Apply grease on turntables and tracks
3.    Apply conducting grease on turntables
4.    Apply lubrication oil on the bearings in wheels of wire feeding
5.    clean the devices of cleaning torch and apply oil on them
6.    clean control enclosures and welders with compressed air
7.    check the cooling water level in water container of welder
