The intention of this script is to define the transition from Construction Phase to Production Phase in a project.本文件的目的旨在定义一个项目从施工阶段向生产阶段的过渡。
It comprises the summary of procedures, which have to be completed as well as the allocation of responsibilities for these procedures between Owner and Contractor. Allocation of responsibilities has to be defined for each individual project depending on type of project and contract. 它包括必须完成程序的概要以及这些程序在业主与承包商之间的责任分配。必须按项目类型与合同对各项目的责任分配进行定义。
Acceptance Of The Plant may occur at any milestones as described hereafter. In this procedure it is assumed that the Acceptance Of The Plant will be after the Performance Test. If this is not the case, this work procedure should be adapted accordingly.装置验收有可能在下文所述的任何一个里程碑发生。在本程序中，假定装置验收在性能考核之后。如果不是这样，本工作程序应进行相应地修改。
The Contractor shall prepare a detailed test plan and schedule.承包商应准备一份详细的试验方案与时间进度表。
