收到日本一个客户的咨询单---[求助]

今天收到日本一个客户的咨询单，他们要买我们的机器，前期的要求比较多，下边是原文，红色标记的是我不太懂的，希望哪位大侠能帮助解释一下：
After having a consideration of purchasing your lapping machine, I would
like to have a discussion with you as follows:
(Question will be discussed case by case)

1. Quality System Assessment
2. Company Introduction (We prefer to *.ppt file)
    (Including organization, location etc.,)
3. Certification of Quality System,  (example : ISO9001, ISO14001 etc.)
4. Manufacturing System
   1)Explain about Lot & Batch unit, Generation of Lot number
       Example:  1 batch based on about 8000 sheets
                       Lot Number : 050111-2  --> 05 Year, 01 Month, 11 day,
2 machine no.
  2)maker & main specification of main Raw Materials
  3)QC flowchart  (including criteria,  method, sampling frequency and
others per each process)
  4)Packing : Q'ty per packing unit, packing arterial,packing pictures if
there is )
  5)List of Measurement tools  ( including the period and responsible
person/organization for verification or calibration)
5. Quality System Introduction
   1) working flow about a) non-conformance at internal process b)customer
complain
  2) Scope of Process Change Notice

1.质量控制系统

QC不是质量控制系统吗?

Quality System Assessment 质量系统评价（评估）
实际是问：你们单位有没有质量认证之类的东东

QC flowchart  (including criteria,  method, sampling frequency and
others per each process 质检过程中肯定要依据一些标准、采用的方法，及抽样概率等
packing arterial：包装用的材料
including the period and responsible
person/organization for verification or calibration 谁负责工具的保养及标定等


Scope of Process Change Notice
当图纸要更改，通知面有多广（是否全部加工部门都知道）
