20MnCr5的材质是不是也可以淬火后的硬度达到HRC58-60

达不到你要 HRC58-60哦。

4340淬火后是可以达到HRC58-60，而20MnCr5需渗碳或碳氮共渗后淬火，也可达到HRC58-60
