NX CAST安装问题

在安装NX7.5的配套CAST中，出现如下问题：
error 1723 .there is a problem with this windows install pacage.A DLLrequired for this install to complete couldnot be run.contact your support personned or package vendor.setpaths invalid,entry:f6,library y:c:user51libm........msi3c85.tmp.
请问怎么解决这个问题？同样的安装文件放在其他同事电脑上能成功安装，并能显示中文版本的帮助文件，但是我的就只有一个英文的帮助主页，什么都打不开？
